PerfectShotList was born out of frustration. Every wedding, the same chaos during group shots — printed lists that don’t account for transition time, family members wandering off because they don’t know when they’re needed, and a photographer trying to direct 40 people while losing golden-hour light.
We asked a simple question: what if the shot list itself was smart enough to minimise the shuffling? Turns out the answer is a well-known class of optimisation problem — and it works beautifully.
